Come get lost in ice labyrinth, dance to synth pop and Peruvian motives, enjoy the magic illumination.

Moscow

How did the political thaw of 1953-68 - the period of great expectations - feel to Russian capital? Let's find out through the prism of social life, science, cinema, literature, music and fine art. The exhibition includes canvas by Jury Zlotnikov, Alexander Labas, and other painters, "paper architecture” by NRE (New Resettlement Element - futuristic urban project), the World Exhibition 1967 samples, photos, jazz concerts records, first editions of collections by Evtushenko, Voznesensky, Sapgir, Rozhdestvensky, re-editions of works by Pasternak and Mandelstam, and many more.

The Multimedia Art Museum, Moscow-

Philippe Chancel is a French photographer famous for his capability to capture the spirit of epoch, using the means of art, documentary and journalism. His project Rebels of Paris' 82 is dedicated to key elements of Parisian 80s subculture: Del Vikings and Panthers gangs. Vikings loved retro cars, american rock’n’roll, boogie-woogie, Panthers were fighters for black people rights, and Chancel caught moments of rebel life creating a precious historical document.

Madam Wong , Moscow

Madame Wong believes that food should be both delicious and interesting. Would you like to escape from Moscow winter just for a while? If your answer is "Yes!" the trip to modern Asian kitchen begins. Come and taste Nikkei seabass with avocado, crab & tapioca dim sums, calamari tofu with smoked eel, Chineese duck and sweet Milk+. You will definitely be impressed and may be a little bit in love!

Lumiere Brothers Gallery, Moscow

2017 is when Russia celebrates 200 years since the birth of the pride of the country - Ivan Aivazovsky. In his works the sea is an independent character having its own personality and mood. The new exhibition differs from others both in visual content and in technical support; visitors are invited to have a whole new experience and admire canvas in dynamics. Nikolay Roerich was more a man of mountains, and you can feel the energy of his canvas at the same exhibitional hall.

The State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow-

The most precious showpieces of big museums seldom leave their motherland, that’s why this exhibition is so important and welcome. Masterpieces created by Bellini, Rafael, Caravaggio, and other genius artists join the dialog between Russian painters and visitors, remind of cultural contact existing since XVI century. It is about the unity of the Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and the Barocco - too legendary to miss, too beautiful to get tired of.

Flacon design factory, Moscow

The event is closure of the contest organized by Enjourney for amateur photographers and dedicated to New Year theme in different cultures and countries . Now we’ve got three winners: Igor Kapustin, Olga Zhizhileva, and Valentina Vaganova. Kapustin’s got a unique opportunity to have his personal exhibition which you’re invited to. All the three will be rewarded on February, 4 (start at 2 p.m.) at Flacon - you may also visit this party, have a chat with organizers and choose a new destination for your next trip.

Lumiere Brothers Gallery, Moscow

Igor Gnevashev (1936-2016) came to photography during the epoch of Khrushchev Thaw, but even for that period there was too much truth in photos taken by him. Rolan Bykov called his works “the mastery of simplicity”; unfortunately leading magazines were not ready for such kind of art. He started to document filming and worked with Sergey Bondarchuk, Andrey Tarkovsky, Eldar Ryazanov, Nikita Mikhalkov and many other directors. His photo of Jury Jakovlev was placed on the cover of the book “Icons 1960-1980”, and his chronicle of Russian cinema was awarded with “Golden Eye of Russia”
